On 7th February 2026, Winston Engineering gathered at Novotel Singapore On Stevens for an unforgettable Annual Dinner & Dance (D&D) celebration. Embracing the vibrant theme of Hawaiian Night, the ballroom was transformed into a tropical paradise filled with colorful leis, floral shirts, island décor, and a lively spirit of togetherness.
The evening was a true celebration of unity, appreciation, and talent. Colleagues arrived dressed in their best Hawaiian-inspired outfits, bringing sunshine and smiles that perfectly reflected the company’s energetic culture.
One of the most meaningful moments of the night was the presentation of the Long Service Awards. This year, 14 dedicated employees were honored for their years of loyalty, commitment, and invaluable contributions to Winston Engineering. Their dedication and hard work have played a significant role in shaping the company’s growth and success.
