Deepavali Celebration at Winston Engineering

On Monday, 2 November, the Winston Engineering team came together to celebrate Deepavali, the festival of lights, at our office.

The morning started with a spread of Indian food and sweets shared among colleagues. Everyone took a plate, found a seat with their teammates and caught up over good food. It was a nice break from the usual work routine.

The highlight of the day was the rangoli competition. Teams put their creativity to work, using colourful powders and patterns to make their own designs. There was plenty of chatting, laughing and friendly debate over colours along the way. When the designs were done, the whole office walked around to admire each one. Every entry showed real effort, and it was hard to pick a favourite.

Deepavali is about light, new beginnings and spending time with the people around us. At Winston Engineering, we are fortunate to work with a team from many backgrounds, and moments like this remind us how much we enjoy celebrating together.
