Engineers from Winston, Mr Selvaraj Sarathi and Mr George Bibin, for their excellent support in the repair and preventive maintenance service of our 6 compressors. They were very responsive and provided timely support throughout the work. Their technical knowledge is strong, and they were able to quickly identify issues and carry out the necessary repair works effectively. The PM service was carried out thoroughly, ensuring all compressors are in good running condition. Communication was clear and professional, and they demonstrated good teamwork on site. Mr Wannoh use his expertise to trouble shoot and solved our consistent water pipe knocking noise (in roof) that has been disturbing everyone’s sleep daily for the past 3 weeks. We checked every faucets, toilet bowl valves  still problem exist. Wannor follows up with us repeatly the pre and post events - very professional. The pump is still working quietly and fine. 3 years ago We purchased this all-in-one booster pump system after excellent recommendation from Serena and Wannoh (site). We were able to make well informed decision with their support and proactiveness and they also shared with us how to be more environmental responsible with water and how to deal with pump break down. Their recommendation is both cost saving, space saving and noise reduction. Our old unit is very bulky and takes up at least 8 times the space (2 bulky booster pumps, one large pressure tank and a big control panel).
