HYDROCARBON/CHEMICAL LOADING/UNLOADING CAISSON PUMP
Above Air Operated Diaphragm Pump Skid is a unit designed for the transfer of Methanol and driven by Nitrogen Air. However such similar design can be used for different fluid transfers and powered pneumatically using utility air.
The skid contains a 3″ Stainless Steel Wilden pump that is ATEX certified with a max. capacity of 992 lpm . Suction and Discharge dampeners are installed to reduce pulsation and thus extending the life of the piping and pump. Optional leak containment provision is done by Blacoh’s SPILLSTOP™ which makes this package 100% pneumatically driven.
