Wilden air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pumps are a dependable solution for marine applications in Indonesia, especially when used as a bilge pump. Due to their rugged construction, self-priming capabilities, and ability to handle a wide range of fluids, these pumps are perfectly suited for extracting water from bilges, even when water levels are low or there’s a possibility of dry operation.

While centrifugal pumps are also common in marine applications, they are not self-priming and may not be suitable for all bilge pumping scenarios. Diaphragm pumps, like the Wilden AODD pumps, offer an advantage in situations where self-priming and dry-run capability are important.
