Magnetic Drive Sealles Pumps
Finish Thompson Magnetic Drive Sealless Pumps provide a leak-free solution for handling corrosive fluids, engineered for high efficiency, maximum safety, and minimal maintenance. Available in flooded suction (DB), self-priming (SP), and multi-stage high-head (MSDB) configurations, this series offers application flexibility across a wide range of industrial requirements.
Magnetic Drive Sealless Pumps from Finish Thompson are engineered to provide high-efficiency, maximum safety, and long-term reliability for corrosive fluid handling applications without the risk of seal leakage. Featuring a seal-less design that eliminates mechanical seals, these pumps are the ideal solution for industrial applications requiring environmental safety, minimal maintenance, and superior hydraulic performance
DB Series (Flooded Suction)
Designed for flooded suction applications, the DB Series delivers hydraulic efficiency up to 70%, working pressures up to 90 psi, and the capability to handle viscosities exceeding 150 cP. Available in polypropylene or PVDF construction for excellent resistance to aggressive chemicals. Suitable for chemical processing, metal plating, wastewater treatment, and pharmaceutical industries.
SP Series (Self-Priming)
The SP Series is a self-priming pump capable of lifts up to 7.6 meters and rapid priming (up to 5.5 meters within approximately 90 seconds). The integrated internal gooseneck design allows the pump to retain liquid for reliable re-priming without the need for a check valve. Ideal for transfer from underground storage tanks, railcars, tanker trucks, and systems with potential entrained air.
(Not recommended for flammable liquids.)
MSDB Series (Multi-Stage High Head)
The MSDB Series is a multi-stage magnetic drive pump designed for high-head, low-flow applications. Capable of producing heads up to 91.5 meters with working pressures up to 135 psi (9.3 bar). Well suited for spray systems, high-pressure filtration, chemical dosing, deionized water systems, ultrafiltration, and DEF/AdBlue transfer. Available in two- or three-stage impeller configurations for enhanced pressure performance.
